Business and Commercial Law: Working with existing business owners to support their operations and provide legal support and review.  We also assist new businesses with setting up their business based on their specific needs and assist them on a go forward basis.

Real estate: We work in conjunction with both buyers and sellers of real estate to aid in the process.  We also work in the areas of land use and zoning to help property owners utilize the property to its fullest extent.

Equine: Equine law involves all aspects of issues related to horse ownership including but not limited to purchasing, selling, boarding, injuries, training, lessons, and leasing.
